I've spent my career at the intersection of digital transformation, human behavior, and how organizations actually learn at scale. That lens made something clear when GenAI arrived in 2022: this is the first technology capable of reshaping the workforce at every level, not just the technical ones.
As the technology continues to evolve, more and more leaders are recognizing the opportunity and mandating adoption. But access to tools does not produce fluency, adoption or scale. What continues to be missing is a shift in how leaders themselves think about and work with AI.

Over the last three years I've founded and led the AI Strategy function at multiple Fortune 500 consumer enterprises and successfully brought AI to scale.
The Fluency Method is the hands-on approach I created for leaders to understand how to think with and use AI.

I am teaching the method publicly because the agentic era is being shaped now and there is a call to action for leaders to step up and help shape the future of their businesses, institutions, and workforce.
