888 Foundry Inc. Effective July 25, 2026

What we collect

When you enroll we collect your name, email address, organization, role, billing address, and anything you tell us in the enrollment form, including dietary or access needs. When you contact us or book a call we collect what you send us.
 

Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and holds your card or bank details. We receive a record of the transaction. We never receive your full card number.

What we do with it

We use your information to deliver the program, to communicate with you about it, to meet the tuning commitment afterward, and to keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose. Those providers currently include Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email and scheduling, and our website host.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you enrolled. If we ask you to join one, that will be a separate and clearly marked choice.

Program material

We do not retain the documents or data you work on during the program. See the section on your material in our Terms of Enrollment.

How long we keep it

We keep enrollment and financial records for as long as tax and legal requirements make necessary. We keep contact records until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Write to hello@888foundry.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will act on a deletion request except where we are required to keep a record.

Our website uses only what is needed to make the site work and to understand basic traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
