Terms & Service Agreement

Terms of Enrollment

888 Foundry Inc. Effective July 25, 2026

These terms apply when you enroll in a program run by 888 Foundry Inc., a California limited liability company. By completing payment you agree to them. Questions go to hello@888foundry.com.

1. What you are enrolling in

The AI Immersion is a three-day facilitated program. You attend in person, on the dates and at the location listed on the program page, and you build a working, personalized AI system on your own material during the program.

Your enrollment covers one seat for one named attendee, facilitation and instruction for all three days, program materials, and the refreshments listed on the program page. It does not cover travel, lodging, or meals other than those listed. It does not cover the cost of any AI subscription you use during or after the program.

2. Price and payment

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. We do not take deposits and we do not offer payment plans. The price is the amount shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your seat is confirmed when payment clears, not when payment is initiated. If you pay by bank transfer, allow several business days.

3. The 30-day tuning guarantee

Use the system you build for thirty days after the last day of the program. If it is not doing the job, write to hello@888foundry.com within those thirty days and tell us what is not working. We will sit with you and tune it until it does.

This is a commitment of our time and work, not a refund. There is no cap on the number of sessions. The obligation ends when the system is doing the job you described, or when you tell us to stop.

4. Refunds, transfers, and cancellation

Enrollment is non-refundable. The tuning guarantee in Section 3 stands in place of a refund.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to a colleague at no cost. Tell us the new attendee's name and email at hello@888foundry.com at least seven days before the program starts.

If 888 Foundry cancels or reschedules the program, you choose: a full refund, or your seat in the rescheduled cohort. We will tell you as early as we can. Seats are limited and we may close enrollment before the listed date.

5. What you bring

Bring a laptop and an active account with the AI tool named in your pre-program email. Bring real work. The program builds on your actual material, and participants who bring nothing to build on get less out of it.

Complete any pre-program items we send you. We may have to limit what we can do for you during the program if you arrive without them.

6. Your material stays yours

You own everything you bring and everything you build. We claim no rights in your documents, your data, or the system you create.

We do not retain copies of the material you work on during the program. We do not use it for any purpose other than helping you during the engagement, and we do not provide it to anyone else. What we keep is your contact information and your enrollment record.

7. The room is confidential

Participants work on real decisions and real material in front of each other. What is said in the room stays in the room. You agree not to repeat or share another participant's material or business information outside the program. We hold ourselves to the same rule.

8. Third-party AI tools

The program uses AI tools provided by third parties. Your use of those tools is governed by that provider's terms, not ours. We do not control their availability, their pricing, their output, or any changes they make. We are not responsible for what those tools produce or for any decision you make based on their output.

You are responsible for what you put into an AI tool. Do not enter material you are not permitted to disclose to a third party. We cover responsible use during the program, and applying it inside your organization is your call and your responsibility.

9. What we do not promise

We promise the work described in Section 1 and the tuning described in Section 3.

We do not promise a specific business result, a specific saving, or a specific return. Nothing in the program is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Decisions you make using what you build are yours.

10. Conduct

We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the program or the other participants. In that case no refund is owed and the tuning guarantee does not apply.

11. Recording

Do not record any part of the program, in audio, video, or photograph, without our written permission. We do not photograph or record participants without their agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the program is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you enrolled is the version that applies to your enrollment.
