Everyone kept prescribing prompts or tutorials. But we decided to try something different. We stopped writing better prompts and started training it on the basics: our roles, our projects, our people, our standards. Within a week the drafts came back close enough to send with two edits.

So we built a system for ourselves. Then we ran it inside our own day jobs, on real deadlines and real clients, until the three-day build was reliable. The difference showed up within days.
